This session will provide hands-on training in managing accurate end-enrollment processes within Infinite Campus. The purpose of the session is to strengthen participant understanding of proper end-enrollment procedures to ensure data accuracy, prevent overlapping enrollments, and support successful student transitions for the upcoming school year. Participants will learn how to properly no-show students, process W2 dropouts, and roll students forward into the next academic year. The session will include live demonstrations, guided practice, collaborative discussion, and scenario-based learning within sandbox sites. The instructional design is grounded in adult learning theory and emphasizes relevance, collaboration, and immediate application. Participants will leave with practical skills, digital resources, and best practices aligned with North Carolina Department of Public Instruction expectations and data governance standards.
