Ensure a smooth and accurate end-of-term grading process in NCSIS. During this session, participants will review the complete workflow—from managing grading windows and monitoring in-progress grades to verifying posted grades, producing report cards, and posting final grades to student transcripts. Attendees will explore key reports and tools for identifying missing or mismatched grades, entering necessary corrections, and confirming that credits and GPA information are recorded appropriately. The session will also highlight important safeguards surrounding the Transcript Post Wizard and practical considerations for handling grade changes after posting. Participants will leave with strategies and resources to support a consistent, reliable end-of-term process within their PSU.
