With 29 years of experience in school counseling at both the middle and high school levels, I currently serve as the High School Counseling Coordinator for Cabarrus County Schools, a role I have held for the past six years. I am passionate about supporting student success through comprehensive school counseling programs that promote academic achievement, college and career readiness, and social-emotional well-being. My work focuses on empowering counselors, fostering collaboration, and expanding opportunities for student success.
