I am an education technology professional focused on AI-powered operational systems, workflow automation, and Google Workspace solutions for K–12 schools. My work centers on helping school technology teams improve efficiency, streamline IT operations, and responsibly scale AI within support and administrative systems. I have presented on practical AI implementation for school IT operations, including AI-powered help desk support, automated ticket management, onboarding and offboarding workflows, and governance-focused AI systems. I enjoy building real-world solutions that reduce repetitive work, improve response times, and create sustainable operational processes using tools schools already use every day. My goal is to help schools move beyond AI experimentation toward secure, scalable, and operationally effective AI systems that support both staff and students.
