About me
Jennifer Fogleman serves as the District-wide Enrollment and Student Data Coordinator for the TMSA Public Charter School System. Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience in student information systems, data management, and K–12 operational support.
Jennifer previously worked with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, where she served as a Regional SIS Professional Learning Consultant. In that role, she designed and delivered statewide SIS training, supported districts with implementation and troubleshooting, and collaborated with vendors and state teams to improve data quality and system usability.
Her background includes extensive experience in enrollment processes, student records management, reporting, software support, and school operations.
She holds a Master of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
