About me
Dr. Sabrina Steigelman serves as the State E-Rate Coordinator for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction's Office of Digital Teaching and Learning, where she supports school connectivity, digital learning initiatives and digital citizenship efforts across the state. A former school librarian and district library leader, Sabrina is passionate about the intersection of technology, policy, literacy, and equitable access to learning opportunities. She is an active presenter at state and national conferences and enjoys helping educators navigate emerging technologies, AI, digital citizenship, and innovative learning practices.
