About me
I have dedicated more than 20 years to public education, beginning my career as both an elementary and middle school teacher for 11 years before transitioning into school leadership. For the past 10 years, I have served in school administration, where my passion has been building strong school cultures, developing leaders, and creating environments where both students and educators can thrive. I currently serve as the principal of Swift Creek Elementary School in North Carolina. I believe that intentional leadership, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to continuous growth can transform schools. I love sharing practical strategies, celebrating the incredible work happening in education, and helping others discover ways to lead with purpose. I’m excited to connect with fellow educators and hope you’ll leave our time together with ideas you can put into practice right away.
